By capitalizing on our natural and historic resources and by promoting the common interests of our merchants, we strive to make our downtown a place loved by locals and tourists alike, the foremost among the historic small towns of the Ohio Valley!

In carrying out this mission since 1989, Main Street Point Pleasant has directed over $9,000,000 in federal, state, local, and private investment to our downtown area, supported hundreds of local jobs, and helped forge a new path for our beloved downtown. With nearly a dozen new businesses on Main in the last year alone, an ambitious marketing co-operative set to roll out in 2021, and a whopping $2,000,000 in projects planned for the next decade, Point Pleasant’s future is the brightest it has looked in many folks’ lifetimes.
