Welcome to Camp Breckinridge Museum and Art Center.  We have military memorabilia from WWI-Present Day. The building used to be part of Camp Breckinridge  army training camp from 1942-1965.  We offer guided tours about the history of the army camp and the POW’s that were here for WWII. We have murals of Europe painted by the POW’s that were stationed here. You do not have to make an appointment to see the museum. We are not only a historic building, a museum, but a wedding venue as well. We have hosted my events here like the Father Daughter Dance, and Homespun Stories.

Union County also has other locations to visit as well. Moffit lake is a popular camping destination for any one wanting to get outdoors. The Feed Mill is a Cajun restaurant that used to be an old feed mill. Peak Brothers BBQ has some of the best BBQ in the county. Izzie’s Italian restaurant is a new fresh slice of Italy whether your there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.  The Sturgis Biker Rally comes every year in July and brings in excitement and entertainment.
