With a vegetable-forward menu that changes seasonally based on fresh ingredients from local partners, Vicia celebrates the Midwest in a comfortable and inviting environment.  After cultivating relationships with farmers, fishers, and artisans in the region, Vicia uses the best and freshest ingredients available.  Vicia has been featured in national and local culinary publications which highlight this restaurant’s “forward-thinking” cuisine, even being named the number one restaurant in St. Louis by the Post Dispatch.  The ala carte menu changes seasonally, with current offerings including a spring vegetable crudite, Buttonwoods Farm chicken, and frozen strawberry pie.  Wine pairings are also offered, chosen to complement the food menu.  Reservations are suggested although walk-ins are welcome.
