The Old Trunk Antique Store

Welcome to the Old Trunk, treats & tiques! Our store is located just seven miles outside Hood River OR, on the scenic Dee Hwy. The shop has been here since the early 1900’s; when it was Dittbenner’s General Store. It’s now a popular stop for locals and visitors alike – operating as a family friendly Fruit Stand, Antique Store, and Soda Fountain.

Stop and visit our store – it’s filled with a rotating inventory full of vintage & antique finds.  We also feature a large selection of re-purposed gifts from local and national artists.

Our Soda Fountain offers a full range of treats, featuring delicious house-made artisanal syrups from local valley fruit, and a full menu of espresso drinks. Our Soft Serve Machine uses Tillamook brand ice cream (dairy free also available) and mixes it with fresh fruit from our Fruit Stand for a one-of-a-kind Soft Serve treat!

If you’re looking for something naturally sweet – the Old Trunk is a Fruit Stand showcasing our acre of sweet berries (in season). We offer Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries grown using organic practices here on our property. We offer “family” U-pick, and we stock our coolers all season long with luscious seasonal fruit from the valley. We also offer $5 buck bouquets or fresh flower U-pick.
