Reopening in September 2024, the Joslyn Art Museum, renamed the Joslyn, showcases 5,000 years of human creativity over three buildings and more than 12,000 objects. The museum was closed for just over two years for a renovation project that expanded the gallery space. One hundred new pieces of art will be shown for the first time at the museum upon its reopening. While walking around the campus from one building to the next, visit the Joslyn’s sculpture gardens, which unite art, architecture, and landscape. Community programs, school programs, and student galleries help to bring art to a wide audience. Admission to the museum is always free.
