The St. Louis Carousel, located within Faust Park, is “an incredible piece of St. Louis History.” This Carousel is over a century old and still welcomes visitors every day. Constructed around 1920, the Carousel reached Missouri in 1929. With 65 animals and two chariots, the Carousel is a work of art and a staple in St. Louis’s history. After riding the Carousel, learn more about Missouri history in Faust Park, through the historic village and residences that are candidates for the national historic register.
