Park Entry Fees: Memorial Day - Labor Day Once you enter the park you are invited to enjoy park activities and amenities including the trails, playgrounds, picnic areas and swimming beach with concession stand which is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Gate admission for daily park visitors charged Memorial Day - Labor Day. $5 single occupant, $10 for 2 or more passengers. Please Note: Rates are subject to change in off-season Maximum log occupancy is (6) persons Standard: closer to shower and restroom facilities

Seneca Lake, boasting 3,550 acres or water surface, is conveniently located near the intersection of interstates 70 and 77. Recreation seekers from around the area enjoy boating, swimming and fishing on the 399 limit horsepower lake. The Seneca Lake Park and Campground offers a swimming beach with concession stand, picnic shelters, log cabin nature center, hiking trails, amphitheater, planned activities and playground. Accommodations include vacation cabins and more than 500 campsites. The Dockside Restaurant offers a dining option overlooking the lake where boat rentals and docking is also available.

Seneca Dam

Seneca Dam was constructed in 1937 on the Seneca Fork of Wills Creek for the purpose of flood control. The Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) owns the lake and surrounding land, and is responsible for managing conservation and recreational activities. The dam is owned and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Boat Launch Ramp | The public launch ramp is located near the roadside park off State Route 574, and another is located near the marina.

Seneca Lake Park | 22172 Park Road, Senecaville, Ohio, 43780, (740) 685-6013. Park is open year round, and is fully operational Memorial Day – Labor Day.

Camping | 500+ campsites total in two campground locations. Marina Point campground has 200 full-hookup seasonal campsites, while the Parkside campground has daily and seasonal sites offering full hook-up connections. Seasonal camping is available at a discounted rate.

Park Amenities | Swimming beach, nature center, bicycle rentals, special events, daily activities, two-bedroom vacation cabins, concession, playground, picnic shelters, hot showers, modern rest rooms.

Marina | Seneca Lake Marina, PO Box 128, Senecaville, Ohio, 43780, (740) 685-5831. Docking, boat sales and service, rental boats, fuel, accessories, fishing supplies, and restaurant. Open year round. February 1 – November 1: seven days a week; Memorial Day-Labor Day: 7am – 8pm. Off season: 8am – 6pm.

Hunting | Permitted in all nonrestricted areas, and regulated by the ODNR Division of Wildlife.

Fishing | Fish are stocked by the ODNR Division of Wildlife, District 4. Contact the Senecaville Fish Hatchery at (740) 685-5541 or Seneca Marina for updated catch reports.

Hiking | Trails in the park total nine miles; the Buckeye Trail borders the park.

Camps | The Baptist Church Camp is located near park entrance.
