Head out on this 9.3-mile out-and-back trail near Richland, Washington. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 2 h 45 min to complete. This is a very popular area for birding, road biking, and running, so you’ll likely encounter other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
This is a nice easy paved path along the Columbia River. It’s great for kids on skateboards and scooters. There are lots of parks along the way with several areas to wade in the water.
