The Lost Trail Hot Springs Resort has rustic cabins, RV hook-ups and hot springs for bathing. If you are traveling from Yellowstone National Park to Glacier National Park, the Lost Trail Hot Springs Resort is just seven miles north of the Idaho/Montana border on Highway 93.
From the hot springs pool, the ridge immediately to your west is the descent route of the 1805 Lewis and Clark Expedition. The folks who run Lost Trail Hot Springs Resort stock books about Lewis and Clark. Gary Baker at the hot springs is an expert at the location of the trail access, which is only a mile and a half from the hot springs. For those interested in walking in the footsteps of Lewis and Clark, you can do so in this area.
There is hiking in summer and skiing in winter.
There are many cabins for two and a lodge that can accommodate 42. Some cabins have kitchen supplies. Some cabins have a jacuzzi.
