A locally owned Mexican restaurant located downtown in beautiful Atchison, Kansas. Our downtown begins right on the banks of the Missouri River and goes eight blocks west featuring many dining options. Lopez’s was established in 1995 in honor of the family of Henry & Helen Vallejo Lopez.
Our restaurant is a family business that is family owned, family operated and family loved. Helping to keep the family’s recipe of success is the personal atmosphere and warm welcome from familiar employees. Start with our chips and salsa before moving on to any of main dishes, most of which are the recipe of our abuela. And save room for our homemade flan for dessert.
