We serve locally raised Angus beef. How awesome to know your food was raised on a farm 30 minutes from the exact spot you are sitting in? Our goal is give every customer a perfectly marbled and tender cut of beef with a fully satisfying flavor. Our Black Angus cattle are raised and finished along the lush and beautiful Niobrara River, just a few miles south of the South Dakota state line. You can confidently choose our products from the menu and know you are getting high quality, fresh, local beef.
