Experience this 3.0-mile loop trail near Vancouver, Washington. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 57 min to complete. This trail is great for road biking, running, and walking, and it’s unlikely you’ll encounter many other people while exploring. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
The Fort Vancouver National Historic Site has a mix of paved paths and dirt trails and is excited to welcome visitors for walking, running, and cycling. The trailhead in the north, off E Evergreen Boulevard, is a great place to start if you want to see the entire park. Hop on the Discovery Historic Loop and learn about the history of Fort Vancouver. Head south and follow the beautiful Vancouver Land Bridge to the banks of the Columbia River. The park has gorgeous views of Vancouver and over the river into Oregon
