This beautiful, recently constructed farmhouse is a 7-minute drive to downtown Madison and a 2-minute drive to Hanover College. This house is built for sociality and welcomes families. The upstairs has a huge carpeted bonus room perfect for active play. The downstairs is open-concept with lots of natural light. There is table seating for 14, with 3 more spots at a countertop. There is a large table in the sunroom/art-making room that is perfect for creative projects or playing board games.
The kitchen is big and great for cooking with more than one cook! All cabinets, countertops, and appliances are a year old and work well. Additionally, access to the house and the downstairs is wheelchair accessible, including the downstairs guest room and bathroom accommodations.
