Crooked Tree opened in July 2011 in downtown Great Falls, Montana. Crooked Tree’s dream started when we the owner sisters Lindsay and Leah were young girls. Their mom would let them spend time in the kitchen baking and creating their own unique treats for family and friends, and this sparked a desire to continue baking and creating in the kitchen through adulthood.

While neither of them has any formal training in culinary arts, or business management, they have been blessed by a very supportive family and network of friends and the best staff ever, who have been by their side helping, encouraging, and building Crooked Tree into what it has become today. From late night espresso machine repairs, to frosting hundreds of cupcakes for next day’s orders, emergency grocery store runs, and, well, they could go on and on! They couldn’t have and wouldn’t want to do it without you!

Their vision for Crooked Tree has always been to be true to themselves, to what they love to do, and to bring that vision to life in the Great Falls community, the place they call home. From their house-made pastries and expertly brewed coffee, their goal is to provide their customers with a fun, unique, and welcoming experience when they walk through their doors.
