Columbia County Bistro provides its customers with an allergy-friendly experience while dishing up homey and delicious food, cocktails and wine from the Pacific Northwest.
Chef and owner Kayleigh Stano is no stranger to cooking or to Columbia County. While she was attending high school at Portland Community College she worked closely along side her Jedi Master, Trent Dolyniuk at Columbia County Brewing. Trent inspired Kayleigh to attend the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where she further honed her culinary skills in traditional French methods and techniques.
Kayleigh is truly inspired by everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer and her menu will reflect the best of what the seasons have to offer. The Columbia County Bistro looks forward to serving you foods that are allergy friendly, fresh and vibrant.
