Analemma Wines grows and produces wines exclusively from the Columbia Gorge AVA (American Viticultural Area). With a commitment to growing biodynamic fruit from inception, we began farming in The Gorge in 2010. We found our heart and home at a cherry orchard in the Mosier Hills the following year and began planting vines in 2012. We have maintained 10 acres of orchard to preserve diversity in our farming operations and to honor the community’s agricultural heritage. Our property consists of orchards, vineyards, lavender plantings, pastures for grazing, and gardens and is the home to seven farm residents and three jersey cows.
We exist to showcase characterful wines with a sense of place through a soulful approach to farming and winemaking. Each drop of our wine unveils an authentic identity of the Columbia Gorge, and our home in the Mosier Hills provides a canvas to put our philosophy into practice and to create wines of time and place. Remodeled from an existing barn on the property, our onsite production facility demonstrates green-building qualities. Our hospitality program is located here at the winery in our cellar door, where guests are invited to experience our wines while exploring our estate and learning about our farming philosophy. We received Biodynamic® certification from Demeter in 2017 and released our first Biodynamic® Wines in 2020. With the help of our team and community, we are eager to continue building a model of sustainable winegrowing and to reveal the unique voice of this land.
We invite you to learn more about who we are in our comfortable, rustic and modern tasting room in the Mosier Valley. Estate vineyard picnics, tours and private tastings available.
