Scout Adventure Day

October 19 — Program geared for Scouts with an emphasis on Archaeology. Guided tour of museum and mounds, hands-on demonstrations of tools, artifact identification, make and take clay pinch pots, create a Gorget necklace craft, and participate in the Native American game of Chunkey (a spear throwing activity). $5 per person. Wickliffe Mounds Patch is $4.25. Reservation required. Maximum 20 scouts accepted. Scouts may bring a picnic lunch and use Shelter. Service projects also available.
