Come visit the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, Pittsburgh’s best way to learn about the science of the world. Founded by Andrew Carnegie in 1895, the museum has everything and more from all over the world, including artifacts from Egypt, beautiful minerals, exotic wildlife taxidermy, and dinosaurs(only their bones, of course). The Dinosaurs in Their Time hall, which was kickstarted by Carnegie himself in his pursuit of palaeontology, is home to dozens of dinosaurs from the Mesozoic Era. However, if dinosaurs aren’t enough to win you over, this museum is housed to so much more. Whether you are a fan of birds, wildlife in the arctic, gems, botany, or the culture of Native Americans, then the Carnegie Museum of Natural History has you covered.

The museum also offers limited time events where you and the whole family can have an amazing time, whether that be interacting with animals or even building your own museum. So be sure to plan your trip and have a blast learning about this world.
