The Museum of the Rockies

The Museum of the Rockies is home to the largest dinosaur fossil collection in the United States! When visiting the museum, you will be greeted with a life-size sculpture of a tyrannosaurus rex at the entrance! Beyond dinosaurs, the museum has a variety of exhibitions, with topics such as Yellowstone National Park and the history of the Native American tribes living near the Rocky Mountains. And, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, be sure to visit the Living History Farm! It is designed to replicate a homestead from the 1800s. The house itself is an original homestead from 1889, and there are also several other buildings and gardens to explore!
