Located in Newburgh, Indiana right along the Ohio River at Old Lock & Dam Park, visitors can browse a variety of vendors offering the highest quality bakery items, meats, jewelry, flowers, and more! Every Friday in September the market is open for Fall festivities from 4 pm until 7 pm. The regular market season this upcoming year of 2021 will be taking place June 5th – August 21st from 8 am until noon.
The market is more than just a wide array of vendors. There are also free exercise classes, live music, cooking demos and kids programs as well. This is more than just your average farmer’s market. It is where the community comes together to showcase the best of what Newburgh has to offer.
Perhaps the best things about the Historic Newburgh’s Farmer’s Market is its environmentally consciousness. Locally grown food and handmade items are great alternatives to processed or outsourced items. They are made right at home often with far more sustainable practices. This is certainly the case at the Newburgh Farmer’s Market with it’s over 40 vendors of locally produced products. Fun times and great quality products are only some of the reasons to visit during the season!
