The Historic Butler Bank is an Egyptian rival-style building designed by A.E. Doyle, one of the Pacific Northwest’s most celebrated architects of the early 20th century. Leslie Butler Company in 1900 as the first bank in Hood River County. Their success led to the 1924 stone building in the heart of downtown Hood River.
